Our scope included removal of existing gypsum ceilings and linings, re-instatment of ceilings and linings upon completion of MEP works, installation of GRG coves, dome profiles and downstands for chandeliers & strip lights, painting of the finished areas and final fixtures at Conference rooms 1, 2 , 3 & 4 including the common areas and toilets at this 5 Star Luxury property.
Arjaan Hotel Refurbishments
Our scope included demolition of existing gypsum ceilings & partitions of 96 Guestrooms and 4 Penthouses, re-instatement of new ceilings and partitions, supply and installation of internal glazing elements including shower doors, design build and re-fit of new kitchens from Level 07 to 24.
Arenco Office Fitout
Our scope included demolition of existing gypsum ceilings & partitions at the space, re-instatement of new ceilings and internal partitions, design and re-fit of glazing cubicles, installation of carpets and wall décor works.
Trend Dubai Retail
Our scope included complete refurbishment of Timber Gargoyles, Removal and Re-instatement of existing ceilings at Dining and kitchen areas , Refitting of decorative timber slats and SS strips on walls and ceilings at the dining and refurbishment of FOH/PoS Counters
Private Villa at Emirates Hills
Our scope included refurbishment of Gypsum Ceilings, GRG Castings GRG Domes, Vault Ceilings, Coffered ceilings and Drywall Partitions including specialist décor painting works.
